The information and offers made in this catalogue have been included on the basis that the relevant goods described will be available for sale at the advertised prices. We reserve the right to correct any errors or misprints. We accept no responsibility if goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Display accessories are not included in the price of goods. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. All prices are GST inclusive. Items advertised in this catalogue may be purchased at the advertised price and paid for in instalments by way of a Rent to Buy Agreement.
Product Amendments – Whilst we endeavour to supply goods as shown in the catalogue, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may mean a product is unavailable at time of dispatch. All goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to replace the item with a comparable item of equal or greater value. All merchandise products will be the latest model available from the supplier.
Standard Rent to Buy — Easy Weekly Payment Option
All Rent to Buy Agreements attract a non-refundable establishment fee of $10-$50 dependent on the value of the product ordered. Dependant on the customer’s credit rating with Home Zone Catalogue Company, a deposit of between 10% to 35% of the Rent to Buy price of the item is required prior to delivery. Deposit may be paid in weekly installments. Normal Home Zone Catalogue Company credit criteria applies to all orders placed with Home Zone Catalogue Company. The weekly payments advertised are the full purchase price, including delivery and establishment fees, divided by 50 weeks. All payments are GST inclusive. The amount of credit provided is the full Rent to Buy price of the product plus the establishment fee less the deposit paid. Cancelled Standard delivery orders (after 7 days) will attract a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the value of the order if cancelled within the deposit period.
Express Rent to Buy — Easy Weekly Payment Option
All Rent to Buy Agreements attract a non-refundable establishment fee of $25-$50 dependant on the value of the product ordered. A deposit of 3 cleared payments at the required weekly payment specified on the Rent to Buy Agreement (minimum of $20 per week) is required prior to delivery. If a customer chooses to pay fortnightly, a deposit of two cleared fortnightly payments is required prior to delivery (minimum of $40 per fortnight). Normal Home Zone Catalogue Company credit criteria applies to all orders placed with Home Zone Catalogue Company. The weekly payments advertised are the full purchase price, including delivery and establishment fees, divided by 25 weeks. The amount of credit provided is the full Rent to Buy price of the product plus the establishment fee less the deposit paid. Cancelled Express delivery orders (after 7 days) will attract a cancellation fee of up to $5.00 per payment requested if cancelled within the deposit period.
Returns/Repairs – Please note that goods returned for repair or replacement, which are not covered by a manufacturer’s warranty will incur a minimum assessment charge of $80.
